When I began to consider what I might put in my "about", you would be surprised to know I didn't know how to even begin.  Like many of you, I consider myself, "just me" so trying to describe myself is hard.

Here are some things I know I am - I am concerned about patients receiving way better than medically competent care.  My passion is literally that, passion.  I think patients should be in relationships where they know they are loved and cared for.  Professional detachment be damned. 

So my second passion is for other people to feel the same way I do - and I foster this by training new providers to look at you the way I do, as unique, wonderful beings who are worthy of love by the simple act of breathing.

Finally, I want the work that I start to be carried on after I am gone, I want it to still be relevant 30 years from now, should the Lord decide to tarry and we are still here.  So, I decided to become an author and put everything I would say on my proverbial death bed now, while you can still refer back to it.  This website is about you as much as it is me.  Even the merchandise I have to sell has one goal in mind - to remind you that YOU ARE MORE.
