Ashe Co., NC - Direct Primary Care coming soon?

I am sending out a quick blog post for all that may be attempting to contact me about my proposed future direct care clinic in Ashe Co., NC.
Here are the bullet points that I want you to have:
This will be a direct primary care business. It will file no insurance. Cost is expected to be $20/month for membership and $125-135 per medical visit. New patient visits will be higher but this has not been determined yet.
We will offer Direct primary care, pain management and substance use disorder treatment.
You MUST live in one of the counties labeled above. Even if you can pee of the back porch into one of these counties but your house is in the neighboring county, we cannot serve your address.
To express interested in being a patient - go to www.fourseasonspcpm.com/contact to introduce yourself to our staff.
We will not start providing care, as it stands until August 2026, and permanent clinic location will not be established until sometime in 2027. We will begin seeing a VERY LIMITED panel of patients on some Saturdays only at first.
If you are already Dr Mike's patient, you will be able to see him at the new clinic but do not sign up at this time. Right now we are recruiting those that do not have a provider, or need to change providers. However, we will not recruit so many new patients as to squeeze out our old.
If you a current patient and do NOT live in the above coverage counties, we will need to discuss your situation off line (such as at an appointment).

I’m really glad you’re making this change. If I lived there I would sign up immediately. It’s worth the money for a PCP and pain management at one place with a doctor who is clearly dedicated to actually caring and helping people. Thanks for all you do. Your book and TikToks have helped me more than words can say. ♥️
I am SO thankful you are doing this for patients. I will be a resident within your coverage area & am super excited to think I could be one of your new patients when your clinic opens.
